Newcomer Community Wellness Program: Online Wellness Support Group

Our Online Wellness Support Group helps you manage the stress that comes with moving to a new country.
In this group, you will be in a safe space to share your experiences, learn new skills, find emotional support, and grow with each other. We will discuss different topics related to your wellness, and we will offer activities you can take part in, such as yoga, music therapy, art therapy, and much more.
In this group, you will:
- Connect with new people and have fun
- Learn about emotional and mental wellness
- Practice relaxation techniques
- Discuss issues related to wellness
