Online Information Session: Long-term Care Aide (LTCA) Program

Are you interested in healthcare? Would you like to help older adults living in long-term care facilities with their daily living activities? If so, please join us for this information session to find out how the Long-term Care Aide Program can help you find employment in this field.
At the information session, you will:
- Learn about the Long-term Care Aide (LTCA) Program
- Be able to ask questions about working in long-term care
During the program, you will:
- Advance your healthcare communication skills
- Learn about job-search techniques and workplace culture
- Gain paid, on-the-job training
To be eligible for the program, you must:
- Be a newcomer with permanent residency (PR) status, an immigrant Canadian citizen, or a provincial nominee who has applied for PR status
- Have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 4+
- Commit to completing the program components
