Do you feel isolated in Canada? Or, are you newcomer in Canada and want to connect with other senior immigrants and recreation programs?
Join us for a helpful information session with YMCA, where a representative will offer information about different programs that you can join to learn and have fun with other members.
In the session you will learn all about:

- Interpretation for these sessions is available upon request
- An in-person session will be provided at a later date when possible, based on COVID restrictions
