This tool will automatically match our client’s resumes to your job postings.\n\n\nThe Professional Practice Program gives employers in Nova Scotia the chance to host skilled immigrants in short-term paid placements for up to six weeks. These placements allow employers to assess talent in a real work setting\, with no obligation to hire.\n\n\nThe Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) is an opportunity for employers to hire foreign nationals for jobs you haven’t been able to fill locally\, while accessing services from immigrant settlement service providers\n\n\nThe Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) If you are contemplating an international recruitment initiative\, currently recruiting employees worldwide\, or have recently onboarded international hires\, ISANS offers specialized support resources and assistance designed to help you effectively facilitate the integration and retention of your immigrant and skilled refugee employees\, both before and after their arrival.\n\n\nThe Work-based Trades Practical Assessment (WTPA) Rural Program was developed in partnership with Nova Scotia Apprentice Agency to connect new Canadian tradespeople with rural employers.
