NEW Online Course for Healthcare Professionals: Interprofessional Communication (IPC)

Our Language Services team is offering a new 8-week, online course for healthcare professionals to help you improve your communication skills with clients and colleagues! Classes on Zoom will start on December 7 and will be held on Monday and Wednesday nights through the end of January.

Topics covered in this course will include:

  • Working on an interprofessional, collaborative healthcare team
  • Respecting the values and ethics of co-workers and patients
  • Negotiating roles and responsibilities while on a team
  • Communicating with co-workers
  • Managing conflict
