Family Support Parenting Workshop: Supporting Children with Difficult Experiences (May 2-23)

Are you a parent of a child who has been through difficult experiences? Join us to learn ways to support them and help them bounce back.

In this workshop, we are going to learn:

• About trauma and the impact it has on growth, behavior, and learning
• How to understand difficult experiences of children
• How to manage these difficult experiences
• How resilience is necessary for coping and healing from trauma
• Practical suggestions on how to support your children

Please note:

• This workshop will take place once a week for 4 weeks, beginning May 2^nd
• The registration deadline is April 18
• Interpretation and childcare is available upon request
