Intercultural Workplace Program: Gateway to an Intercultural Workplace

For employers in Nova Scotia, the Intercultural Workplace Program (IWP) benefits you with our focus on intercultural competence in recruitment, retention, HR practices, and communication skills.  We help you ensure that every employee, regardless of national origin, feels accepted for their distinct contributions, and has a workplace at which they want to stay and fully contribute their skills and talents.

In this workshop, we dive into the foundations of intercultural challenges. We help you to understand culture’s pivotal role in interactions, to explore contrasting communication styles, and to grasp the concept of “cultural add.” Together, we deepen our understanding of the many practical benefits of a culturally diverse workplace.
