Intercultural Workplace Program: Skills for the Intercultural Workplace

For employers in Nova Scotia, the Intercultural Workplace Program (IWP) benefits you with our focus on intercultural competence in recruitment, retention, HR practices, and communication skills.  We help you ensure that every employee, regardless of national origin, feels accepted for their distinct contributions, and has a workplace at which they want to stay and fully contribute their skills and talents.

In this session, learn about and develop essential communication tools to collaborate effectively in an increasingly diverse work environment. We discuss six key intercultural communication skills and engage in interactive activities to help you apply these skills in real-world scenarios.
