Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your business, join us for a discussion on how to create a sound business plan that will help you develop a blueprint for a successful and fully functioning business.
In this session, you will learn about:
- The importance of a business plan
- How to create a sound business plan
- Keys areas to focus if you are looking to grow or expand your business
- The 7 sections of a typical business plan: Introduction, The Team, Business Environment, Marketing Plan, Operations, Finance, Risks and Conclusions, and Review & Revise
To attend this session, you must:
- Be an ISANS business client
- Have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level of 5+
