Online Information Session: Cybersecurity Connections Program

At this information session, you’ll learn about Cybersecurity Connections: a free, full-time program from Access Employment, delivered online for 8 weeks from August 28 to October 20, 2023.
The Cybersecurity Connections program helps internationally trained IT professionals find work in their sector in Canada. Participants gain a better understanding of cybersecurity concepts, Canadian industry best practices for information security and key security concepts.
In addition to industry-specific technical training, the Cybersecurity Connections program will provide you with an understanding of Canadian workplace culture, connections to employers, job-search coaching, and mentorship.
To attend the program, you must:
- Have a post-secondary diploma or degree related to IT from outside of Canada
- Have work experience in IT or cybersecurity outside of Canada
- Have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 6 or higher
- Be a Permanent resident, Convention Refugee or Naturalized Canadian Citizen
