About the Program
ISANS Translation Services help newcomers by translating basic personal identification documents required for their settlement in Nova Scotia (including records of birth, marriage or death, family registry status documents, driver’s licenses and driving records, high school, college and university diplomas, simple educational training certificates, identification cards and related documents).
Translation requests are processed based on language availability, document type, purpose and client eligibility. Translation services may include a fee, which will be discussed when contacting our team. If ISANS cannot translate a document, referrals to other translation services will be provided.
Please note: ISANS does not translate documents for immigration applications or those required outside Nova Scotia or Canada.
