Our training sessions are usually 2 hours long, and can be on any of the following topics:

• Networking, franchising, and business growth
• Business communication (letters, emails, phone)
• Sales, marketing, and e-commerce
• Exporting strategies
• Business insurance and risk management
• Succession planning
• Business set-up and operations
• Human Resources and labour laws
• Canadian business culture
• Management and leadership
• Developing websites and business plans

To attend business training workshops, you must first:

• ​be a recent citizen, permanent resident or approved to immigrate,
• register as an ISANS client,
• meet with an ISANS business counsellor,
• have a minimum CLB 5
