Immigration Status:
- Canadian Citizen Born outside Canada, Permanent Resident
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be between 15 and 30 years old
- Have a minimum CLB level 4
- Be committed to attending and completing all classes, technical training and employment workshops
- Complete a 20-week paid employment placement

About the Program
The Immigrant Youth Employability Project (IYEP) helps newcomer youth make informed career decisions, gain valuable work experience and prepare for post-secondary education. The program supports participants in building skills, identifying training needs and increasing their confidence in the Canadian job market.
