If you are experiencing a crisis and it's affecting your ability to settle, ISANS' Specialized Settlement counsellors are here to support you. Our counsellors will connect you with government and community services to address your crisis. Our areas of service include family or gender-based violence, relationships or family breakdown, separation or divorce, serious chronic and terminal illness, financial crisis, and legal or housing issues.

Our specialized settlement support provides one-on-one counselling, as well as settlement information and orientation. We also offer:

• Needs and risk assessments
• Mobilization of emergency services when necessary
• Referrals to relevant services - Help navigating systems
• Individual advocacy
