Immigration Status:
- Canadian Citizen Born outside Canada, International Graduate, Permanent Resident, Pre-Arrival- Approved Permanent Resident, Temporary Foreign Worker
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be actively looking for work in their field
- Be registered with an ISANS Employment Specialist
- Have completed one of ISANS' Job Search Strategies workshops

About the Program
The Practice Interview Program supports internationally trained professionals preparing for job interviews in the Canadian labour market. Participants take part in mock interviews with ISANS coordinators and experienced volunteers, including industry experts and HR professionals, to build confidence and improve interview performance.
These sessions (conducted in-person, by phone, or online) offer a safe and supportive environment to practice answering questions, learn how to present skills effectively and understand what Canadian employers expect during the hiring process. Participants also receive recorded interviews and personalized feedback to help them grow.
