About the Program
ISANS Job Readiness Training equips newcomers with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the Canadian job market. Through various courses and workshops, participants develop the skills to search for jobs effectively, prepare for interviews, and understand Canadian labour standards and what Canadian employers expect.
The program supports participants in communicating their skills, writing effective résumés and cover letters and exploring career paths in Nova Scotia.
