About the Program

The Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) connects skilled refugees with Canadian employers to help with labour shortages. ISANS provides tailored resources and support to help employers integrate and retain skilled refugee employees, both before and after they arrive in Nova Scotia.

Our EMPP Employer Engager is the main point of contact for guidance, tools and training that support a smooth and inclusive hiring experience.
