Case Management
Client centered, comprehensive approach to settlement program service delivery for newcomers facing persistent multiple barriers to integration for up to a period of 18 months, including possibility of re-enrollment.
Youth & 2SLGBTQI+ Case Management
Client centered, comprehensive approach to settlement program service delivery for newcomer youth age 15-30 and/or 2SLGBTQI+ identifying individuals facing persistent multiple barriers to integration for up to a period of 18 months, including possibility of re-enrollment.
