About the Program

The Life Skills Support Program helps newly arrived Government-Assisted Refugees (GARs) navigate their settlement journey by building confidence and independence. Participants are connected with a trained Life Skills Support Worker from their country or region who speaks their language. This support reduces stress and provides guidance in adjusting to daily life in Canada
