About the Program
The Case Management and Youth Case Management Program provide intensive settlement support for vulnerable, multi-barrier Government-Assisted Refugees ( GARs) during their first 12 to 24 months in Canada. Designed to create a warm, welcoming and safe environment, the program takes a holistic, client-centred approach to case management, helping refugees navigate their settlement journey successfully.
