NEW Online Course for Healthcare Professionals: Interprofessional Communication (IPC)

Our Language Services team is offering a new 8-week, online course for healthcare professionals to help you improve your communication skills with clients and colleagues! Classes on Zoom will start on December 7 and will be held on Monday and Wednesday nights through the end of January.
Topics covered in this course will include:
- Working on an interprofessional, collaborative healthcare team
- Respecting the values and ethics of co-workers and patients
- Negotiating roles and responsibilities while on a team
- Communicating with co-workers
- Managing conflict
