About the Program

The Health Navigation and Disability Support program provides group, family and individual support to Government-Assisted Refugees (GARS). Our services include health education, system navigation, referrals, disability support and advocacy.

We work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations and our clients’ support networks using a holistic, wrap-around approach. Our goal is to equip refugees with the knowledge, tools and connections needed to navigate the healthcare system independently and support loved ones.
