About the Program
The EAL Volunteer Tutor Program pairs newcomers with local volunteers who provide one-on-one language support tailored to individual needs. Volunteers meet weekly with clients, offering customized sessions to help improve language skills.
The Conversation Circle Program offers small group sessions where participants practice English, learn about Canadian culture and build confidence while waiting for formal language classes. Additionally, clients are encouraged to attend community events, integrating language learning into real-life situations and fostering meaningful communication skills.
