About the Program

ISANS Employer Support Services assists businesses throughout Nova Scotia in hiring, retaining and supporting international talent. The program connects employers with pre-screened, job-ready newcomers and provides guidance to enhance workplace inclusion and cultural competency. By working with ISANS, employers gain access to a range of tools, training opportunities and recruitment services designed to help them build resilient and diverse teams that strengthen their organizations.
