Board of Directors
The ISANS Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and direction to the organization. Through regular meetings, the Board also oversees the financial and risk management of the organization. All Board positions are voluntary, with members elected for 2-year terms, which are renewable for up to 8 years.
The ISANS CEO is also a member of the Board, as well as a staff-elected representative. The Board holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every June, where ISANS' financials and program activities are reviewed and presented in the ISANS Annual Report.
