An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until June 6, 2025

April 7 to June 6 – Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 – 8:00

This course helps international medical graduates and international pharmacy graduates prepare for the NAC OSCEs or the Pharmacist Qualifying Examination Part II – OSCE.

In this course, you will:

  • Learn effective professional strategies for communicating with patients in Canada
  • Connect with other IMGs and IPGs working on their licensure process in Canada
  • Improve your communications strategies to help pass the Observed Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE)
  • Participate in a communication practice session with professionally trained simulated patients at Dalhousie University

Classes:

  • 2 virtual classes per week plus 8-10 hours per week of asynchronous classwork
  • Next dates are:
    • April 7 – June 6 – Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 – 8:00 pm
    • May 13 – July 11 – Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 – 7:30 pm
    • June 3 – August 1 – Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:15 – 11:45 pm

Eligibility in NS: Permanent residents including Convention Refugees, CUAET & MOME23 holders, AIP & RNIP participants, PPs under section 95 of IRPR, Citizenship holders, International post-secondary graduates with valid work permit
