- Attend all four training sessions (three hours each)
- Complete at least one activity that promotes welcoming and inclusion after training
- Commit to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion

About the Program
The Welcome Ambassador Program is an interactive, experiential learning opportunity designed for volunteers, service providers, private refugee sponsorship groups, government employees, business groups and anyone interested in fostering inclusive, diverse and welcoming communities.
This program is delivered over 12 hours across four weeks and provides participants with practical skills and knowledge to support newcomers in workplaces and communities. It can also be tailored into a two-day professional development session for specific groups. Facilitators work closely with teams to develop applicable strategies that make workplaces, community groups and organizations more inclusive.
