Employer Engagement

ISANS Employer Engagers work with businesses in Nova Scotia to help them attract, hire and keep skilled workers from around the world. They connect employers to support services, job-ready candidates and programs that make it easier to build a diverse and welcoming workplace.

Employer Engagers also provide information about immigration programs, such as the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) and the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP), making it easier for employers to find the talent they need.
